Thanks to all that have helped in my journey in life!

First and foremost I'd like to say thanks my parents..Mom and Dad, because without you, I would not be here today.  Both of you have taught me to set my goals high and GO FOR THEM!  You have taught me respect, courage and much more, but most importantly...you have shown me love!  Thanks Mom & Dad

I'd like to thank my brothers, John and Chris.  Yo Johhny boy....we may not have always gotten along as youngsters....but times have changed.  I'm still faster then you, HA!  Chris, my little brother, you've always been there for me...thanks!  Let me know when you can hang....and do legs with me..hehehe, Are you up for the challenge again?

To Carrie, my little sis, You and I more a like then you know!  You have the most amazing strength and willpower.  Keep up the GREAT work with your special diet, may you be blessed with healthy years in the future.  I'm so proud of you!!! I Love you ;)!

To Mark Mintzer, my personal trainer in Highschool, you were amazing!  With your help I not only reached a huge dream of mine, I also have a career that I absolutely love.

To the love of my life...Steve, thanks for supporting me in helping me to achieve my dream....GST Strength & Fitness Training.

To Taylor, our daughter, thanks for all the help in the gym, and always encouraging Mommy to stay on her meal plan during contest prep!  Ready to do crunches Taylor???

To Todd Swinney, my nutritionist, www.eliteimagenutrition.com, you have changed my life in more ways then one.  You have shown me that in achieving goals, it's not a sprint...it's a marathon.  There's no magic pill...and garbage in garbage out.  You have given me the guidelines to help me to achieve all of my fitness goals and to help others with theirs.  I say with all sincerity, I truly would not be where I am today without your guidance.  Best of all......I've gained a lifelong friend!

To Lex, my friend from a far.  You have inspired me to always stay positive, laugh, and have fun.  You are a true friend and I value our friendship more then you know.  One day, we'll be standing on stage next to each other..getting sized up by the judges, I'm sure we'll be holding back laughs!  If I offer you something to eat backstage...say, like a twinkie, it'll help you lean out...really! Hehehe!  Just remember, we're always "MAKIN' MINOR ADJUSTMENTS HERE & THERE"
