I competed in the Cheseapeake Regionals Sept 16th for my last show for 2006, placed 3rd.

I'll be competing in Las Vegas, July 28th & July 29th in the NPC USA'S....a national show

I'll be competing at the 2006 Bodyrock, July 8th, 2006 in Fairfax, VA @ George Mason University

I competed in my first NPC Figure contest on June 10th, 2006

2006 NPC East Coast Tournament of Champions and took 1st Place in the Tall Division!

Steve and I had a GREAT TIME at the ARNOLD!!!  Monica looked fabulous as always, she trult deserved 1st place!  Melvin Anthony, my personal favorite...looked amazing and is by far the BEST POSER out there.

The National MS Society is the largest private sponsor of MS research in
the world.  They support research projects aimed at finding the cause of
MS, better treatments, and a cure.  The National MS Society also
directly supports individuals with MS and their families through
numerous local programs and services.

If you choose to support my efforts, the money you donate will be
directed towards both research and local programs and services. Locally,
your donation would support any of the following needs:

$25  Pays for one month of an emergency response system (should someone
      fall, they can press a button to alert 911 or a family member)
$50  Provides 3 hours of home health aide care (perhaps bathing, meal
      preparation, etc.)
$75  Provides transportation for one child of a parent with MS to attend
      a Kidventure program - a day of education and recreation for kids
      of parents with MS
$100 Pays for the purchase and installation of a bathroom/shower grab
      bar
$150 Provides a client with an in-home occupational therapy assessment
      to maximize their independence and safety
$250 Funds one Children’s Fund stipend which can allow a child to
      participate in an age appropriate activity.
$500 Pays for the purchase of a manual wheelchair
